Useful answers, kept simple.
Etsy holds the live order details. The answers here explain how this site and the shop work together.
Is everything on this site currently available?
The shop page is a dated view of the catalog. Open the Etsy listing to confirm current availability, price, and options.
Where do I buy a piece?
Checkout stays on Etsy. Product pages link to the exact Etsy listing when one is active.
Do you take custom orders?
Ask! Email rosequiltco [at] gmail [dot] com or send us a message on Etsy or Instagram with what you have in mind, and Bre will let you know what she can make.
How do I pay?
Checkout happens on Etsy, so you pay through Etsy's secure checkout with a card, PayPal, Apple Pay or the other options Etsy offers.
Who makes the work?
Every quilt and quilted good is handmade by Breanna in Charlottesville, Virginia, USA. Aaron runs the shop, photographs the work, and builds the website.
How much is shipping, and when will it ship?
Shipping is free on every order. Pieces are ready to ship and leave the studio within 1–3 days, and Etsy shows the delivery estimate at checkout.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days. Message RoseQuiltCo through your Etsy order to start one.
How should I care for my piece?
Most quilts: machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colors, then tumble dry low or air dry. Expect a little shrinkage and that soft crinkle after the first wash. Totes are best spot cleaned. Your listing notes anything specific to your piece.
How do I ask about a listing or order?
Email the studio at rosequiltco [at] gmail [dot] com and mention the piece. For an existing purchase, use the message thread attached to the Etsy order.
Is the journal kept up to date?
The journal is a studio notebook rather than a news feed: a selection of notes about quilts, bags, and projects from Bre’s worktable, each dated when it was written. New notes are added when there is a real story to tell. For what is for sale right now, see the shop.
